The A-star will co-exist with the existing Alto. This car will be called the A-star in India and Alto in European countries.

length: 3.5-metre
transmission: 5-speed manual and a 4-speed automatic (to be launched on par with demands).

@ amrinder: The A star or the Alto as it will be called, will be released in India in mid-november. The price tag will range from 3 – 4Lakhs(expected)and for the top end model it could go upto 4.5L.
